How do I ask a colleague for input on a ticket?

Sometimes you need a colleague's input on a ticket. The site manager might need to confirm that a defect has been fixed, or the planner might need to check a measurement. When you mention that colleague in your comment, they get a notification straight away. You don't have to wait until they happen to open the ticket again.

How do I mention a colleague?

  1. Open the ticket and go to the comments.
  2. Type @ in the comment field. A list of colleagues appears.
  3. Type the first few letters of their name and select the right person.
  4. Finish your comment and post it.

What does your colleague see?
Your colleague gets a notification in the app straight away. Tapping it opens the ticket, so they can see what you need their input on and reply without having to search for it.

Who can I mention?
The list only shows colleagues who already have access to the ticket. If someone isn't listed, they don't have a role on this ticket yet. Give them a role first, for example Consulted, and then mention them in your comment.

Tip: Does someone else need to take over the ticket completely? Then forward the ticket to the right Responsible person instead of only mentioning them.
