When will I receive the welcome email?

Ed Controls uses an email notification to let new users know that they have been added to the system.

The email asks for a one-time registration with Ed Controls. After doing that, you are free to use the system.

We send out the welcome emails every half hour. This means that sometimes it can take a few minutes before the email arrives in your inbox.

Note: If an Accountable or Support is newly added to a project, but is not active in tickets or These roles will then receive the welcome email around 02:00.
