Labels on multiple audits

How to label multiple audits at once

Labels show you at a glance which audits belong together per floor, phase or subcontractor. From now on, you can give a whole series of audits the same label in one go.

01

Open your project's audit list and select the audits you want to label.

02

Choose Labels in the action bar.

03

Add or remove one or more labels, and confirm your choice.

Tip: working in a project where only fixed labels are allowed? Then you choose from the labels your administrator has set up.

Clickable tickets in your PDF

How to jump from your report to the ticket

When you're reading a report, you often want to know straight away what's behind a ticket. You no longer need to go back to the app to look it up.

01

Create a PDF export of your tickets, including the drawing.

02

In the PDF, click a ticket on the drawing or in the list next to it.

03

The ticket opens in a new tab, so your report stays open.

Duplicating in audit templates

How to duplicate a question or category

Do the same questions come back in your audit template, for example per floor or per room? Then you no longer have to enter them all over again.

01

Open your audit template and find the category or question you want to reuse.

02

Choose Duplicate category in the category header, or Duplicate question next to the question itself.

03

The copy appears directly below the original. Give the category a new name or drag the question to the right category.
